Mendel Gniwisch is an influential leader in digital commerce and strategic development. As the former CEO of Stor.ai, he led the company through a pivotal merger with Relationshop, significantly enhancing its capabilities in ecommerce and setting new standards in icommerce by integrating intelligent data and individualized shopping experiences.
Following this success, Mendel relocated to Israel to focus on fostering relationships with developers and investors and to establish a new office for Gniwisch Capital. His investment portfolio is extensive, encompassing ventures in venture capital, emerging technologies, and real estate sectors. Additionally, Mendel contributes to his community by serving on the board of a Jewish day school."

Mayer Gniwisch

Mayer Gniwisch is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a rich history of founding and leading companies across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, and consumer services. As the Founder and CEO of Gniwisch Capital, Mayer brings over three decades of extensive experience in real estate and venture capital, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and innovation.
Beginning his career in the diamond industry, Mayer founded Canada's first diamond factory, the First Canadian Diamond Cutting Works, in 1993 and later ventured into the technology by founding Ice.com the first jewelry E-commerce platform. Mayer also serves as Chairman of Stor.ai, a technology firm that enhances retail experiences with e-commerce solutions, and holds positions as a board member in several tech companies.
His strategic foresight is not limited to his executive roles; Mayer is also a General Partner at Olive Tree Capital Management Ltd., where he focuses on investing in digital health and technology startups. His leadership extends into community service, where he is past President of the Mada Community Center, demonstrating his commitment to societal betterment.
Mayer has also graduated from the prestigious Harvard OPM program.

Ward Charles Wright
President of Orlando Operations, Gniwisch Capital
Charlie Ward Wright IV is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in retail technology and business development. He began his career as a Systems Engineer at SGI, moving on to become the President of WAVE Corporation, where he served for fourteen years. Charlie's expertise in solution engineering deepened during his tenure at Aptaris, and he further honed his leadership in marketing and merchandising as part of dunnhumby.
In his recent roles, Charlie served as the Chief Revenue Officer and President - North America at Stor.ai, a company known for its innovative e-commerce solutions for grocers. His leadership was pivotal during the merger of Stor.ai with Relationshop, a move that significantly enhanced the company's offerings in digital commerce by integrating advanced data analytics and personalized customer engagement tools. This strategic initiative has positioned Stor.ai as a leader in transforming the digital grocery space.
Charlie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. At Gniwisch Capital, he oversees the Orlando operations, bringing his extensive experience and strategic vision to foster growth and innovation within the company's investments​
